TERMS OF SERVICE

₊‧° I don’t give refunds.
By paying, you’re agreeing that you will not receive a full refund once I start working on your artwork. However, I, as the artist, hereby commit myself to deliver your artwork on time. In the event that this is not the case, I will refund your account myself.

₊‧° My socials (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Discord, YCH, and others) are active for any kind of communication.
I, as the selling artist, commit myself to keep in touch by sending you work in progress of the artwork that you have commissioned. I expect effective communication from you too.

₊‧° My turnaround time is varied, from 2 weeks to 3 months.
I, as the artist, undertake to notify and clarify the circumstances that cause a delay in delivering your commission. On the other hand, you, as my client, agree to always respectfully and peacefully ask me if you have a question about an estimate of how long my work time may last, and to specifically notify me if you have a deadline that you want me to meet.

₊‧° I, as the artist, prioritize finishing works that do not contain full render work due to the longer time they take,
time in which it could take longer to deliver commissions that take less time. This doesn’t mean that I am not working on your commission: I have specific times and, yes, it will obviously take me less time to make a piece of art that requires less work time.

₊‧° My maximum number of free changes to your commission is 3 to 5,
according to the type of commission you have requested. I, as the artist, agree to comply with your request for changes and modify my drawn work as necessary to meet yours specifications. On the other hand, you, as my client, must be clear and concise in specifying and describing what types of changes you would like. Changes greater than 5 may increase the prices.

₊‧° I, as an artist, have the right to upload to my social networks other commissions that I have made while I am doing yours,
as well as personal art, and upload art processes that are not your commission. I'm not an artist who works on one thing at a time, especially to stay active; this does not imply that your commission has less work or less quality. You, as a client, agree not to require me to work solely on your commission.
